Crane Crash 6.79 MB Above: I have been in the inspection business for over twenty years. The accident occurred in late February of 1999. The owner of the home wanted to get rid of a storm cellar that was placed next to her home. So much so that she placed a sign in her front yard that read,” STORM CELLAR – FREE! Just Come Get It.” The “outfit” that is featured in the video arrived one morning and unloaded their equipment. The rest is in the video. This actually took place across the street from the offices of the company that I was working for at the time and I happened to have my video camera in my truck that day.
